This exhibition ecompasses the documentation for War Against the Southern Rebellion soldier, Seymour C. Hollingsworth, who was born in Westmoreland County, PA. In late 1861, Hollingsworth enlisted in Pennsylvania 11th Regiment, Company K. This regiment became known as “The Bloody 11th” due to its actions in some of the Civil War’s most influential battles.
